It has now been 1 year and 1 month since construction began at Long Beach Residence — and I am proud to share the latest updates with you
Where We Stand Today
- Land Size: 60,000 m²
- Structural Work: 100% of all buildings are already completed in bricks
- Exterior Finishing: Around 30% of the project is now in the stage of exterior finishing (gray cement plastering)
- Swimming Pools: Pool construction has started and is progressing steadily
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR BUYERS
The project is moving right on schedule. With the main structures completed, we are now focusing on finishing works and preparing the compound to welcome its first residents.
